Breif About
K.Narasimha Murthy
Born in 1937,
joined the scout movement in 1951 at the age of 14 and has grow ages with his
designation , apart from professionally working as Manager in Hutti Gold Mines
Ltd.
Conducted number
of training programs for Teachers and masters in Scouts and had the privilege
to lead Rastrapathy scouts contigent to New Delhi three times. He has
comissioned the first National level Games leader course at National level.
An oracoius Reader
and a poet. Has composed songs for the movement od scouts in kanada and Hindi.
Has brought out many hand books for training the young ones for being the good citizens of tomorrow
He is instrumental
in forming the First Road safety Patrol of Karnataka State
Even today at this
young age of 77yrs, he is actively involved in all ativites realted to the
scout movement and has held the flag of Chamundi Scouts flyying high with the
record of87yrs, being the oldest scout group in India, where more than 100’s og
scouts and guides learn and walk in his footstep.
