The Head trainer
JCI Ramesh Batavia, gave us a wonderful experience in understanding the concept
of Nayaka, How one can become a successful leader by
setting goals accordingly to achieve them and create our own brand to impact in
the society. Co-pilots JC Harish Nayak ji, JC Satish Bhat ji and JC Mohammad
Anwar ji made the transition from one session to another look smooth and we got
to learn How to set goals, Multitasking, what society is all about, and
responsibility of individual in the society.
Following the above just transformsour
life and inturn our fellow beings and environment.
It was one of the
memorable moment to us to be fellow participants from all over Karnataka and
particularly with our Past National President Ramesh Batavia sir and co-poilet team.
The host had done the arrangements so well, we did not have anything to point
out. A memorable training and experience of 2014.
