Presidential Academy 22&23 February 2014

The Presidential Academy was hosted by the most prestigious chapters of JCI India, JCI BANGALORE GARDEN CITY.

The Presidents from 3 zones assembled at a resort in BANGALORE. The host had organised the event which set an example to the presidents.

JCI Bangalore Peoples Trust Orientation - 29 Jan 2014

The orientation program was conducted and handled by Jc C J Jeyachander.

To augment this informal activity for the purpose of providing complete  details of  JCI , importance of internal development, how this will help their profession/business,importance of social responsibility to new and prospective members,  our chapter arranged for a  1hour 30 minute  session.

The orientation program involved group activities and discussion on the benefits of coming together and working. Faculty took the participants through the evolution of JCI and various services involved and how individuals get benefited by being part of it.

The orientation was well received by the gathering.   Jc Sakuntala thanked the Pilot faulty and the participants.

LOM Officers Training Seminar was held for all the Chapters Governing Board members every year and this year it was hosted by JCI MYSORE SUCCESSWORLD. This is the first program of JCI, generally held after the formation of new team at NATCON.

This was the first zone program of year 2014.The two days program with a grand decorated stage and the ZGB members on STAGE during the inaugural with a benifitting welcome marked the occation.Zone president 14 JC Madosh Poovaiah ,EVP- JC RAMANATHAN,LOTS JC SRINIVASAN,PILOT PNP RAMESH BATAVIA,CO-PIOLOTS EVP- JC RAMANATHAN and  Past EVP-JC SADANANDA NAVADA gave remarkable start for the LOTS.

The deligates of the LOTS will get to know about the Jaycees in detail by the expert trainers in Jaycees. There were different sessions handled by eminent trainers PNP RAMESH BATAVIA, JC RAMANATHAN and JC SADANANDA NAVADA .They highlighted about the history of Jaycees, the organization ladder in Jaycees and more importantly how a member can be benifitted by joining Jaycees. This program gave us a complete information about the depth in Jaycees for the growth and development in the years to come. The warmth that we got when we met the Jaycees from different corners of ZONE 14 can never be found anywhere. Knowing the responsibilities of a member and the advancement as a director and then VP and planning our role in the chapter level and later in the zone and national level need to start from LOTS. Our self-confidence boosted and start gaining leadership qualities. This is the place where you will get position. Respect,satisfaction of achievement and the required backing from your team to do greater and more astonishing things as a chapter president and secretary. I have been gaining lots of things fruitful for this lifetime directly and indirectly and working to reach greater heights.

Our Chapter JCI BANGALORE HORIZON was also recognised for sending the annual dues along with 10% growth on time.
